Your personal True Built Home building consultant is ready to advise and educate you on all aspects of the building process. Perhaps you feel overwhelmed without the knowledge or experience to remove an existing mobile home, working with the city or county for permitting, finding reputable contractors, or obtaining financing for a construction project. Maybe the costs that have been estimated for septic design or land clearing seem unreasonable. Or maybe the time and cost of obtaining permits or simply selecting the most cost-effective home options would seemingly take you a lifetime. The experts at True Built Home want to minimize your run-around by putting you in touch with the right resources and giving you the most current and relevant information for your needs. The information you need may be available directly from our online library, or you may be referred to one of our in-house experts, specializing in any one of several areas of the construction process such as financing, green building, design and function, or home removal.
Leveraging internet technology, True Built Home puts you in touch with on-demand access to construction progress, as well as the specifications of your new home through the iTrue portal. You can at any time view the construction schedule, and will receive notifications via email or even text messaging to efficiently engage you in the process. Additionally, as the momentum builds and your home visibly takes shape, you will have online access to photos that you can share with friends and family. All of the stakeholders, including True Built Home staff, subcontractors, and your lender, will have access to the same project information - including blueprints, change orders, and product selections - directly on the iTrue portal, making it possible to collaborate efficiently, minimize confusion, and keep everyone on the project moving forward. All True Built Homes have a "bumper to bumper" warranty managed through the iTrue portal, covering the first year after the home is finished. As part of our first year home-owner process, True Built Home will continue to monitor your feedback from the iTrue Portal. The system is very intuitive, easy to use, and limits the information to that which is relevant for the person that is viewing it, so security is never compromised.
