Senior Sales Professional
Location: Burlington or Gig Harbor
Desired Qualifications:- Minimum of five years of sales experience
- Minimum of five years working in construction/trades
- Expert knowledge of pros/cons of home options, home replacement/building process
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Literacy with sales use of social networking technologies
- Professional and customer-oriented written and verbal communication
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated
- Organized and committed to project completion and total customer satisfaction
- Accurate data management and tracking of leads
- Creating and managing new home orders and change orders
- Identification of sales trends and new sales opportunities
- Educator and consumer advocate on home options; personal consultant on home building process
- Creative and constructive social networking via Internet technologies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of company programs, processes, and tools
Construction Superintendent
Location: Burlington or Gig Harbor
Desired Qualifications:- Minimum of five years working in construction/trades
- Knowledge of residential building codes and how they apply to various trades
- Quality control experience in construction; experience as an inspector, a plus
- Ability to manage changing expectations and resolve issues with clients, subcontractors, staff
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Professional appearance and conduct, suited to representing True Built Home and protecting the company reputation
- Attention to detail in reading and interpreting bids, schedules, pricing, contracts
- Ability to manage 20-40 projects at any given time with an average duration of 100 days
- Washington State drivers license, insurance, and clean driving record
- Subcontractor comparison and awarding of contracts (schedule and work order generation, calling for permits, inspections)
- Performance evaluation and monitoring of subcontractor and material vendors
- In-field monitoring of construction progress and quality inspections
- Stake-out of build locations
- Collaboration with subcontractors, internal staff, and clients on change orders, case management, and construction progress
Branch Manager
Location: King County, Yakima, Spokane
Desired Qualifications:- Minimum of ten years of sales and/or marketing experience
- Minimum of five years working in construction/trades
- Must possess thorough and proven knowledge of all aspects of the real estate business: construction, design, engineering, financing, marketing, development
- Open, honest, ethical, and communicative with staff and company management
- Bachelors degree in business administration, construction management, or equivalent experience
- Entrepreneurial, with positive leadership acumen
- Firm, focused, and decisive, but flexible and pragmatic when it comes to achieving goals
- Conscientious about business operational efficiency, but having the ability to think strategically with the long-term interests of the company, staff, and partners
- Accepts accountability for customer satisfaction and branch performance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with local area and strong network of construction contacts
- Hiring and performance management of staff
- Selection, monitoring of operational and internal projects
- Creating a collaborative and open environment for staff, subcontractors, and clients
- Delegation and decision making authority for all aspects of branch operations
- Creating and maintaining positive relationships with network of partners, including banks, creditors, and real estate agents

IT and Administrative Analyst
Location: Gig Harbor
Desired Qualifications:- Minimum of two years working in construction/trades
- Minimum of two years experience with HTML/PHP web technologies
- Two or four year degree in Business Administration
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn quickly - processes, people, technology
- Minimum of two years in small project management
- Organized, analytical, strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, make decisions, and manage expectations
- Professional communications, graphic design, marketing experience, a plus.
- Create, edit, and maintain routinely used HR, customer, and vendor documents/spreadsheets
- Research and cost/benefit analysis on new IT and building technologies
- Collaboration with staff on process improvements
