What makes a True Built Home a better Way?

Simply put, you do! By listening carefully to the needs and desires of our clients, we’ve been able to create a system that’s sure to please our customers. For example, you wanted more home plans to choose from, and you wanted more options in homes in the 2000-2300 sq. ft range. And we listened! We now have more of these plans available than any of our competitors. Plus, we offer a large volume of information so that you are able to familiarize yourself with our building process.

The designs we offer are intelligent, able to meet the demands of your modern family. Most of our home plans already come stocked with 5-piece master bathrooms, double sinks in the guest bathrooms, and powder rooms for our ramblers.

You will also note the functional design of our homes. We love to hear, “What a great layout!” when you look at our home plans. While it is usually not a good idea to change our plans from their standard design, we are still willing to listen to your suggestions for alterations on our home plans, and sometimes, if it makes sense and enough people make the same observation, we’ll adjust the plan for you.

I know what you’re thinking about next… Wall heights, of course! Some on your lot builders choose to use a short 88 5/8” stud. Not us! We are proud to build to a true 8 foot wall height (92 5/8” studs). So you stand proud and walk tall in our homes, rather than feeling like you’re in a mobile home!

True Built Home uses the best performing joist on the market. “Why is it better?” Joists are rated according to their “performance”. Performance is the lack of bounce or spring you get from spacing the joists further and further apart. The reason for spacing them further apart is obvious -it saves money becuase you need fewer joists. However, some joists have more bounce than others, even while spaced evenly apart. Having the best performing joist ensures you less spring or bounce from a True Built Home.
